Twenty-five thousand seats across Kerala, through 1,064 centres. Not one campus of twenty-five thousand, but a thousand small floors, each within walking distance of the people who work in it.
Kerala is the first market because the literacy, the graduate supply and the fibre are already there. The model is not specific to Kerala, and we will build elsewhere in India and the Gulf where the same conditions hold.
